chore(release): bump to 0.71.0 (versionCode 77) for canvas water

Ship the canvas water renderer. APK + version.json published to /dl,
and the same dist copied to the PC web root for the first time since
Jun 8 — browsers and phones are back on the same build.

Constraint: APP_VERSION_CODE in version.ts must equal build.gradle
versionCode, else the update modal mis-fires.

Tested: aapt reports 77/0.71.0; /dl/version.json serves 77; / serves
the new index-Cij_RsZs.js bundle.
Not-tested: on-device banner→download→install round trip.
