chore(release): bump to 0.70.1 (versionCode 76) for shoreline water

Ship the timeline water redesign. APK rebuilt and published with
version.json to the dl server; devices on <=0.70.0 get the banner.

Constraint: APP_VERSION_CODE in version.ts must equal build.gradle
versionCode, else the update modal mis-fires.

Tested: aapt reports versionCode=76/0.70.1; /dl/version.json serves 76;
/dl/seacatch.apk returns HTTP 200 via Caddy.
Not-tested: on-device banner→download→install round trip.
