feat(app): fish guide photos + fix paren-name closed-season lookup (v0.22.0)

Add a photo per species (26/27 from Wikimedia Commons, fetched by 학명/
국명, hosted on our server at /fish/<id>.jpg) — thumbnail in the list and
a hero image with a CC credit in the detail. Fix lookupRegulation so a
guide name like "문어(참문어)" matches the regulation "참문어" (try the
parenthesised inner name and bidirectional substring), so 문어/우럭/광어
등 괄호 어종도 금어기 배지가 뜬다.

Constraint: photos are Wikimedia Commons (CC) with credit; 망상어 has none (no source image)
